Every one of us is on a journey, and each person has a story to tell. Within Christian circles, 'what's your story?' was the usual gambit for finding out someone's testimony; their journey of faith to that moment, and the difference that God had made in their lives.
Over the years, it became more and more difficult to answer that question with authenticity, as I became less convinced that this God had made any real difference in my life that couldn't be explained simply by the natural growth that we all experience through the joys and trials that each day brings.
I now see that my story goes beyond this. It's a story not of coming to faith, so much as coming through it. However, I realise that each of us will have a different path that has brought us to the place we now stand, and I would love to hear about yours.
If you would like, please do post below just a little of your story, no matter where you find yourself, or how you got there. I believe that we can learn so much just from listening to the experiences of others, and our journeys are all the richer when they're not taken alone.
